What our clients say

A very helpful, trustworthy and professional estate agency. I rented a lovely apartment with them for four years and they always fixed any issues with the apartment promptly. Very helpful that they are native English speakers and can explain everything in English too. Would be happy to rent from them again. Thanks Nicola, Sonya and Scott!

We were tenants for a year in a property they managed. Excellent service and very professional.

Fuimos inquilinos durante un año en una propiedad gestionada por ellos. Gran atención y muy profesionales

I've been working with them for many years now. As landlords, they truly provide excellent support throughout the entire lease. A fantastic team. Special mention to Nicola, who makes everything so much easier. Thank you.

Muchos años ya, trabajando con ellos. Como propietarios, la verdad, te sientes muy acompañado durante toda la duración de los contratos. Un gran equipo. Especial mención para Nicola que te hace todo mucho más fácil. Gracias.

I worked with Nicola at Tenerife Island Rentals as a buyer to purchase a property. She was great, spoke both English and Spanish, assisted with the paperwork and the negotiations, at the notary and everywhere, and was always responsive, very fast and available to fix any issue. Everything went smooth and pleasant, I would highly recommend her as a trustworthy and professional person and I am looking forward to working with her again.

We got pleasure to be a customer of this company for over 10 years renting with them different properties, every year is only getting better, great Team of Professional and Helpful people. 100% of recommendation

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Tenerife Island Rental. Sonya, the agency owner, and her team member Nicola provided exceptional service from start to finish. Their transparency, efficiency, and promptness throughout the process were truly remarkable. As a first-time seller in Spain, I was initially apprehensive and unfamiliar with the process. However, Nicola's expertise and guidance quickly put me at ease. She took over the entire process seamlessly, going above and beyond by obtaining power of attorney to handle all necessary documents and carry out due diligence on my behalf. Even though I was in a different part of the world during the completion, Nicola ensured that everything proceeded smoothly. Her dedication and professionalism were evident every step of the way. I wholeheartedly recommend Tenerife Island Rental to anyone in need of real estate services in Tenerife. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Thank you, Sonya, Nicola, and the entire team, for making the selling process a stress-free and successful experience!

Sonya, Nicola and all the rest of her team are simply fantastic. They have managed my property for years and recently sold it for me. If I could give them six stars I would. I am very grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them.

We have been extremely happy with the service we have had from Tenerife Island Rentals.

This company takes kindness and honesty to extremes.Fantastic to deal with.

Nicola and Sonya did a brilliant job in selling our property. They were very professional, extremely hard working and gave us so much help and support throughout the process. Their service was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks once again, you were brilliant.

There are no words I really have to describe how satisfied we are with T.I. Rental and Sonya and her team!! We were here 5 years ago and decided to come again but now to spend 3 months and live here. I was searching a place for more than 3 months and it was mison impossible. ( So many online scams, we have dog and kid, so it was important to find something that suits to all our criteria). When I gave up, acquaintance from my country recommended them because they bought a flat with their help. So I contacted Sonya and even I was suspicious, from first typing she got my trust, we found perfect house and manage all online!! She is so professional, kind and I am really happy that we found her! We are now at Tenerife, house is even more beautiful in person and we really enjoy! The biggest recommendation for them, this is how business is done! Thank you guys!🙂

We have just received our apartment back after many years of long let’s and can’t say how happy we are with the service and condition of our apartment … What a amazing service and fully recommend if you want to rent your apartment and have it in safe hands only use Tenerife island rentals .

Can’t recommend their Los Cristianos office highly enough. Sonya and Nicola made the whole process a breeze. We mainly dealt with Nicola and her support, organisation and attention to detail was first class. We’ve spent many many years renting or staying in hotels in this beautiful place. Now we have a place to call our own. Thank you again to all at TIR.

Excellent service from lovely staff

I have tried the rest but found the best when I was introduced to Sonya and the team. Professional, considerate & competent, if you have a property in Tenerife and you are using an agent which isn't Sonya......you are using the wrong agent.

I have rented apartments from Tenerife island rentals for the last 10years and I have to say they are very professional with ther work never had a problem with their service always on call day or night.
