She was great, spoke both English and Spanish, assisted with the paperwork and the negotiations, at the notary and everywhere, and was always responsive, very fast and available to fix any issue. There are no words I really have to describe how satisfied we are with T.I. Rental and Sonya and her team!! We were here 5 years ago and decided to come again but now to spend 3 months and live here. I was searching a place for more than 3 months and it was mison impossible. ( So many online scams, we have dog and kid, so it was important to find something that suits to all our criteria). When I gave up, acquaintance from my country recommended them because they bought a flat with their help. Can’t recommend their Los Cristianos office highly enough. Sonya and Nicola made the whole process a breeze. We mainly dealt with Nicola and her support, organisation and attention to detail was first class. We’ve spent many many years renting or staying in hotels in this beautiful place. I have tried the rest but found the best when I was introduced to Sonya and the team. Professional, considerate & competent, if you have a property in Tenerife and you are using an agent which isn't Sonya......you are using the wrong agent.
I have rented apartments from Tenerife island rentals for the last 10years and I have to say they are very professional with ther work never had a problem with their service always on call day or night.
Letting a home in Tenerife from another country only works if someone local is on it. We vet tenants, deal with repairs and keep you informed for the whole contract. If you decide to sell, the same team handles the sale.
